I was listed with another Brokerage but didn't sell. I listed with Sarah Parsons and Sold in14 days for higher then my asking price.
"I originally hired a discount broker to sell my home, thinking I would save money and all real estate agents are alike- I was wrong! The discount broker put my home on the market and had all of the inspections done before the completion of my extensive home improvements. I thought I she was doing a good job for me but then I realized, she was not having open houses or broker tours. The only offer I received in 56 days on market was $300K below my offering price.
I had med Sarah parsons at one of her open houses and was very impressed with her as well as the way that she interactively showed the home to potential buyers. As soon as Sarah sold that home, she sent me a letter with the success she brought to her client of receiving the highest sales price in the area. Her asking price was $1,488,000 and she got her sellers $1,710,000. The last comparable home that sold near this home sold for $1,565,000. I hired Sarah, she sold my home in 14 days for higher then my asking price. She called me after every one of her 10 open houses to let me know how the showings went and what the potential buyers and brokers where saying. She brought the home inspectors back out to re-inspect my home so the home inspection would show all of the improvements and not the problems. Unfortunately, this re-inspection did cost me additional money- discount brokers can cost you not only the ultimate loss of your selling price but additional inspection fees. I will recommend Sarah to everyone I know or anyone thinking about buying or selling real estate!"
