THE SELLING PROCESS
The process begins with a timeline spreadsheet and calendar of events that I put together after our initial conversation, all based on your goals. This highlights the expected daily schedule for the entirety of the selling process. The countdown starts with the mutually agreed upon renovations (if needed) to get your house ready for the active market.
Once all the work is completed, I will coordinate with the house cleaning professionals and the window washers to apply the finishing touches. I will then oversea the staging process and ensure that everything is perfect for the next phase. Marketing preparation; I will hire the professional photographer who will be contracted to showcase your house in its best light. This will include still photos, virtual tour and video.
Your house will be strategically put in front of the most qualified potential buyers in all the places they are searching: social media, real estate websites, Realtors© and in their inbox. I will schedule open houses on weekdays (if permitted) and weekends, in order to create an appropriate amount of interest in your house to achieve our goal of getting you the highest possible sales price!
From start to finish, the prepping process generally takes me about two weeks, which means that your house will be ready to hit the active market in only fourteen days (barring any holdups with the home repair vendors). My escrow coordinator facilitates the paperwork by getting everything signed and initialed very quickly via DocuSign. I will always review all contract with you and answer all of your questions along the way. I understand that many sellers only sell one or two properties in their entire life time whereas I do this full time. I know the real estate contracts inside and out and I pride myself on offering you, the seller, the most secure sale possible.
