We first met Sarah Parsons of Keller Williams when she rang our doorbell along with a banker. My husband talked to her for a while and then he came to me and said - I'm ready to think about moving to a smaller house.
Sarah set us up with a way we could look at different housing options online and then we started looking at areas just outside the Bay area and the next thing we knew we found a house we loved and then said who shall we get to sell our house. We put Sarah in the mix because she started us on this path. When she came to make the presentation we were overwhelmed with how prepared she was and how she knew what she was talking about in our neighborhood and the best way to entice the most advantageous offers. She showed us her formula for success and we saw her careful planning and commitment to put maximum effort into moving our house onto the market quickly and advantageously. We signed up with her BEFORE we saw the other two realtor presentations. A little awkward later in the day as one was a neighbor who has worked our neighborhood for years and the other was a good friend but we felt she earned our approval.
Now a month later we can say she lived up to all her promises and arranged all the details of getting our house to look its best. She marketed our house in a blitz campaign that brought in offers, wrote up a spreadsheet comparing the offers, worked with the other realtors involved to vet the buyers and polish up the offers and helped guide us to a great conclusion. All the while she was positive and always available.
We highly recommend Sarah's services, not just as a professional but also as a partner in dealing with the largest single transaction most people will make in any given year and possibly in their lifetimes. I've recommended her to my mom and my sisters as they are thinking of a move and that shows how much faith I have in her abilities!
