We encountered Sarah during an open house and were impressed by her enthusiasm and energy. We asked her to put together a proposal to sell our house in San Carlos. The quality and completeness of her proposal was heads above anything we had seen. We ended up not listing, but converting it to a rental, but Sarah would have been/and will, in the future, be, the listing agent. She did help us buy a new home, and again, she was always on top of everything, and clearly represented our interests in the negotiations… and negotiating is a particular strength of hers. We got a substantial reduction in price by timing requests at the perfect point in the sales cycle… not too soon so the seller balks, not too late to make it a bona fide sales issue. We also bonded with Sarah, who has helped us out even beyond our purchase. She goes the extra mile, puts in the extra effort, and gets the extra results. Five stars, because Sarah is as good as they get!

I’m impressed! While performing an unattended inspection for one of Sarah’s buyers she calmly leaned over to address the listing agent and said: “That’s not going to happen”. Apparently, the listing agent was trying to renegotiate a move-in date or something that would have place her client in a compromising situation. She stood her ground and fought for him. The most impressive part? Her client wasn’t there. She wasn’t showboating. She was serious. That’s a great agent!

When I tell people that we found our home, put in a bid and the bid was accepted (in one day) UNDER ASKING PRICE all they could say was ”WOW, in this market, I can’t believe it.
